Unlocking the Full Potential of Network Infrastructure through Technological and Cultural Transformation.
Khadga (KHA-d-juh) is the Sanskrit word for "sword," often associated with strength, clarity, and decisiveness.
This aligns well with our approach to network strategy consulting, which brings precision, empowerment, and sharpness to every client engagement.
Our name runs deeper.
Khadga Consulting isn’t named after any sword. Our namesake is the Prajna Khadga; the flaming sword of knowledge wielded by Manjushri to cut through ignorance. Manjushri is a bodhisattva (Bhudda-to-be) who personifies supreme wisdom. There are similar characters in other belief systems and mythologies from around the world. Another example is Prometheus, who stole fire (knowledge) from the gods and gave it to us humans.
The wisdom that Khadga Consulting shares is specific to network infrastructure strategy and how to leverage our networks to the greatest possible business advantage. The ignorance we cut through is often related to the assumption that doing so is a technology-only challenge.
Today’s challenges—personal, organizational, and technical—are set against the backdrop of computer networking’s third era:
The First Era:
Can it work?
The first 30 years of computer networking was all about figuring out if this experiment would work at all, and what protocol might come out on top. By the 1980s it was clear that TCP/IP was feasible as a global Internet.
The Second Era:
Can it work better?
The next 3 decades of networking were focused on the user experience. Effectively, we worked to make networking invisible to the average person. By the 2010s we had “smart phones,” tablets, sensors, and wireless connectivity almost everywhere, even on international flights!
The third Era:
Can it work smarter?
Now we must turn our focus to the network operator experience. The individuals and organizations who own and operate the networks that facilitate our connectivity-driven economy deserve our attention. Whether enterprise, service provider, or otherwise; we all benefit from well-operated networks; and we all suffer the inverse.

Well-operated networks start with sound design, are built with standardized policies, and are managed with automation to provide system-level orchestration and observability.
To accomplish this, we need more than the right technology. We also need the right organizational skills, culture, processes, and structures.
Khadga Consulting is positioned to help you make the right networking-related decisions for your business to thrive. We know it's not just about making things faster or more efficient, but about creating a more intelligent, responsive, and adaptive organizational ecosystem.

Network Infrastructure Diagnostic:
Deep Organizational Assessment
A strategic intelligence gathering exercise that reveals the organization's potential for technological and cultural evolution. We view the organizational network as a living, dynamic ecosystem rather than a static technological infrastructure. The diagnostic process is less about technical inventory and more about understanding the network's strategic potential and organizational constraints.
Minimum Investment: $75,000
